Before any other modification, ensure that a dedicated group of users exist for the "member zone" purpose, and that it contains users.

Select or Create a page that will be the entry point for your member zone.

Edit the Layout of the page to add a Login control (found under Specific category) in the page, and edit the properties of this Login control to set the RedirectUrlIfAuthenticate to the absolute URL of the main page of the "member zone" (starting by "/"). Save (and publish...)

Edit permissions of the main page of the "member zone" to deny access to "Anonymous" & "EveryOne" groups. Ensure that all pages of the "member zone" are below that main page and that security settings are inherited from that page as well. Save (and publish ...)
